We have been recognized for our excellent technical capability in the field of building construction. In particular, we are recognized for
our outstanding construction ability in the field of broadcasting construction by constructing KBS, MBC broadcasting center and
international broadcasting center which relayed 88 Olympics to the world. In addition, the POSCO Center, which was completed in 1995,
is recognized as a high-tech intelligent building model as an Office Building which has awarded the Korean Architecture Culture Awards
in 1995, Seoul Architecture Gold Award in 1996, and the Gold Award in the Asian and Western Pacific Regional Construction Association
(IFWPCA) Architecture sector.
On the other hand, we completed the War Memorial of Korea and won the 95th Korea Architecture Culture Award Excellence Award,
and also constructed the Seoul Metropolitan Museum. In addition, we have demonstrated our technology by constructing the Olympic
Youth Hostel, Yuseong Donga Officetel, World Tower Building, Korea Electronics & Taesuk Building, Nuclear Hospital and have built
the Seoul private station and Dongdaegu station.
In cultural assets repair and restoration projects, we have performance such as repair of Sungnyemun Gate which is the 1st national
treasure, the restoration of Bukhansan Daemun Gate, the restoration of Jeolju Mureungsangja, the restoration of General Yoon Gwan’s
grave and the restoration of Iksan Mireuksaji East Tower. We built educational facilities such as Donga Broadcasting University,
Daejeon Dong Ah Industrial Hig h School, Gyeonggi / Yangjeong middle and high schools, and constructed Bupyeong City Department
Store and Sorak Park Hotel located in Sokcho.

Since we have been devoting ourselves to building houses while pursuing the construction of the most prestigious apartment,
"apartment you like while living" like Dong Ah Solecity, which is the Korea's first steel-framed apartment, we are gaining the trust of
end users by providing pleasant and comfortable housing all over the country including Seoul.
In particular, we have focused on the development of the satellite areas in the metropolitan area through the planning and development
project, and have participated in the redevelopment and reconstruction projects and have built and distributed luxury villas in Gugi-dong,
Hongeun-dong, Busan Haeundae and Bundang in Seoul by using our unique technology even in high-class housing construction
